My goal is to connect personally with each client so that we can work collaboratively to identify problems and goals and create a plan for treatment. I use an integrative approach that is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), meaning I work with clients to identify the negative thought patterns and the underlying beliefs causing difficult emotional experiences such as anxiety or depression, replacing them with more adaptive and functional thoughts and coping skills.

Fees: $170 / 50 minute session

My practice is private pay only. If you have out-of-network coverage through your insurance, I can provide the documentation that you’ll need for reimbursement.
